How can I buy or download music?
In order to buy or download music, you need to be a registered member. Once your registration process is completed (your email address has to be confirmed), you shall be able to buy or download music from our platform.

What is the MP3 format?
MP3 is an audio-specific format that allows the reduce the size of a music file without impacting the quality of that music file.
MP3 is also the file format that is compatible with most of the music players. As a result, we have adopted this file format to ensure that you will be able to listen and to use any music downloaded from VibeTrigger.

Why my uploaded files do not appear on my profile?
This may be related to your browser cache settings. It is recommended to purge your browser cache and try again.
To prevent this issue to reoccur, here is how to proceed :
- Internet Explorer
- From the menu bar, click on "Tools", then "Internet Options".
- from the new window, General tab, locate the section "Temporary Internet files"
- press the button "Settings".
- select the option "Every visit to the page"
- Click OK, reload this page, and try again.
This would be the best alternative if you are visiting regularly websites with content that is updated frequently.

- How to display a visit counter on my member page (Vibe Space) ?
The counter is initialized as soon as you have created your member page. However, the counter is visible only by you (the home page creator) once you are logged in on our platform.
To display your counter to all visitors: you may update this option on your Preferences
- How to display my picture on my member page (Vibe Space)?
After being signed on, update your VibeSpace and select your picture on the section "Image background for your page"
- I cannot confirm my email address, how to proceed?
After your registration, we send a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided during the registration process, in order to confirm that this email address is valid. You will need to check in your Spam folder as well as your Inbox to see if our confirmation email is in these folders.
After a while, if you still have not received this confirmation email, we suggest that you verify your email address and update it as needed.

- What file format is accepted?
Our platform accepts only the MP3 file format to ensure that your fans will not encounter compatibility issues.
- What are the compression rates accepted?
Although we do not prevent any upload based on the compression rate, we highly recommend that the compression rate for any MP3 is to be at least 192 Kbps; this will ensure that your fans will receive your mp3 files with a very good quality.
- What is the maximum file size allowed?
The maximum file size for all MP3 files is set to 10 Mb.
Image files will be automatically resized, to fit our platform needs; as a result, the image file size is variable.
- How to transfer my files to VibeTrigger?
To send files to our servers, we tried to implement the the simplest method, please access to
the file upload help section for more information
- How to upload my MP3 files to VibeTrigger?
After being signed on, access from the top menu : My work => My mp3 files =>Add mp3 files
- How to create a song?
After being signed on, access from the top menu : My work => My songs =>Create & publish a song
- How to create an album ?
After being signed on, access from the top menu : My work => My albums =>Create & publish an album
- How to change the default display for all songs for an album?
After being signed on, access from the top menu : My work => My MP3 files
From this section , you will need to update the "Track Number" for each MP3 file (this data is retrieved from the IDV tags of you MP3 file, if this data exists)
- How to change the price of a song or an album?
After being signed on, access from the top menu : My work => My songs (for your songs)
or My work => My albums (for your albums)
From this section , change the price for the single or album for which you want to update by editing your album or song.
- How to ensure that my song samples are not limited to 45 seconds ?
After being signed on, access from the top menu : Personal Info => My artist info
Change the value for the "Preview" field; save your changes.
Once completed, all your songs should be defaulted to that "Preview". ( if your song previews have been already created, you may need to wait up to 24 hours for the existing preview songs to be refreshed)
